How to feel calm
When you are feeling angry you just feel like slamming things,
punching the carpet, throwing things
and kicking stuff,


When you are angry, you go to KitKat area.


After that take a deep breath in and out, smell the fresh air
outside, have cuddles with your family
and watch a movie from
Netflix too, even you can have a sleep, play some video games
too or hangout with your best friend. but try to think happy things,
like Mcdonalds, Kfc,
wendys, drawing, playing games, tag or hide n’ seek.


once your all happy feel calm and relaxed, look outside of the window
and hear the birds sing.
